Nardev, headquartered in Singapore, specialises in the Personal Care market and has has offices and laboratories in all their operating markets: Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore.
Barentz, on the other hand, is a leading global life science ingredients distributor for the Human Nutrition, Pharmaceutical, Personal Care, and Animal Nutrition markets.
With this acquisition, Barentz’ strategy will be to strengthen their position in Asia-Pacific and its “buy and build” strategy to strengthen and grow their business to become a global leader in the life science ingredients markets.
