SMR – 7.02.2020

If you don’t follow me over on the gram (you should) but I shared the eye creams I’m currently using, after many requests from you guys! I think eye creams are a tricky subject because we so desperately want to be able to banish dark circles or look a little bit smoother, so our make-up looks better of course! The truth is, through my research, I’ve discovered it’s mainly down to genetics but the most important things to do is try and get as much sleep as you can and stay hydrated.

I’ve listed below what I’m trying out and a quick summary of what I think so far. We have:

@cliniqueuk – Moisture Surge – The one I’ve been using most, it’s deeply hydrating and feels very nourishing. It has a Auto-Replenishing Lipid-Sphere Technology delivers intensive moisture to help tighten and brighten the skin. You can also use this as an eye mask – which I am going to do right now.

@drunkelephant – C-Tango – I really wanted to test this out because I have dark circles and wanted something that I thought would target that quite strongly. I haven’t seen any huge changes recently but will obvy keep using until it’s finished! Here’s hoping I see a difference.

@kiehlsuki – Creamy Avocado – One of the first eye creams I ever used when I was 17. It’s such a great staple, the hydration is intense and always helps my eyes feel less watery in the freezing winter!
