Your skin’s importance cannot be mistaken – its the cloak that protects you at every stage of life. However, the scale at which it effects you psychologically and physically can still be overlooked.
The skin and the psyche are inextricably connected. You can use your skin as a canvas to express your mental presence through make-up and tattoos (to name just a few). The colour of your skin is sometimes the tool others use for judgement.
It’s the only organ to transcend politics and religion to become the physical language of culture’s which can dictate our faith and beliefs, depending on how much is exposed.
So, your skin is much more than just a tool to show how much product it takes to achieve a glowing complexion. And with Science and Skincare my aim will always be to develop your scientific understanding so you are free to make choices based on your own skin.
